![]() After a long back and forth and having to provide videos of what the issues were with the machine, I was able to convince them to remove the assembly fee and the 10% processing fee, but not the $250 which I just accepted. I asked to speak to a supervisor, as I found this to be absolutely outrageous since I did not do anything wrong. The service rep told me I would have to pay a 10% processing fee, the assembly fee and the $250 non-refundable. After all this frustration, I requested the machine be returned, as I was very displeased with my experiences with the company. At that point, the machine was in my apartment for about a month, unable to use it safely after that one time of testing it out, and paid the first month for a machine I didn't know when it would be ready and safe to use. I contacted customer service and was told the items never shipped. After 2 weeks of not receiving any equipment, I checked online to track my items and was unable to retrieve any updates. I contacted nordic track expressing my issues and they stated they would have the new parts sent immediately and I would have it within 7 to 10 business days. The next day, I attempted to use the machine and realized the left arm was very loose and wobbly and a piece was out of place both under and next to the arm.
